In the event of a discrepancy, technical glitch, missed bid, missed absentee bid, or any other circumstance, the auctioneer's decision on who is the winning bidder is final. Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for missed bids, internet outages, or anything else that might cause a bidder (internet, absentee or live bidding) to lose an item at auction.
