The High Bidder Club is a Private Club and is open to Members only. We only sell items that belong to us. We do not sell items on behalf of other parties. You must be a Member of our Club in order to participate in our sales. You can become a Member by simply completing the registration form. Membership can be cancelled at any time as we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Registration and participation constitutes agreement to all of our Terms & Conditions. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges after payment. Items are not paid for by close of business Friday after the Sale End may be considered FORFEITED and may be offered to another buyer. Items paid for and not picked up within 5 business days of the payment date will be considered ABANDONED and sold for storage fees with no refund to buyer. Items cannot sit around. We have a business to run and cannot work around your items that were left behind or not picked up in a timely manner. All of our items feature a soft close. If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close, bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the current closing time. Each person bidding assumes all responsibilities related to the sale and items obtained at the sale and agrees to hold The Seller harmless from any liability.
