MAS-HELP exists to help relieve some of the burdens on military families by providing quality products at reasonable prices.
PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING
We thank you all so much for bidding with us! We appreciate all of you! By Bidding on MAS-HELP Auction, You’re Agreeing to the Following: Standard pick-up times: Begin the day after the auction starting at 10:30 am. (Holidays/Weather may affect these hours)
If you are unable to pick up your item(s) within the time frame listed you can reach out to schedule an alternative pick-up time. You can reach out via call 785-340-8720 or email marketing@mashelp.org.
Items not removed within 36 hours of auction close date are considered abandoned property and forfeited by bidder without refund. If you are unable to pick up your items within 36 hours, DO NOT BID.
Items to be held beyond 36 hours are subject to $100.00 Storage Fee per day per invoice. (these are the same term and conditions that you agreed to when signing up for Equip-bid)
***IMPORTANT***
When picking up at our location: - Please come to the main building at 1216 Grant Ave
Bring your printed invoice (or) have your name, bidder ID, and auction close date ready.
MAS-HELP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OR SECURING LOAD TO YOUR VEHICLE. If your item is large, more than 50 lbs (or more than you can carry) please bring additional help to load.
1.Stock Photos- The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items; however it gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our team does a great job of notating the quality of items and if they see any damage. If the product looks different than stock photo please go off of the product seen in photos or call or email if you have questions. We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but we are human and mistakes may happen.
2. Damaged Items- We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. Please view items marked open box/damage during inspection times. We may not document/see all damage to items.
3. Your card on file will be charged the evening the auctions closes. Invoices exceeding $2,000 cannot be paid online by credit card on file. Buyers will be required to pay onsite, 4% card fee may apply.
4. If the bidder's card is declined when we run cards and the bidder does not communicate with us about fixing the declined card within 36 hours of the auction closing (two mornings after), we will mark the bidder as a "No-Show".
5. Inspections are appointments only but are encouraged and recommended. To schedule an appointment use the appointment scheduler within Equip-bid.
6. Handling Surcharge: Due to elevated freight and processing costs, a non-refundable $1.00 handling fee will be added to all items.
7. Tax-Exempt Bidders:
Tax-exemption forms must be provided to MAS-HELP before end of auction.
Tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account.
Provide tax-exemption forms to MAS-HELP by sending through email or in person.
Levels of Product
Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave.
Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following:
Does not appear to have been previously used
Item is complete enough to run / work as needed
Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional
Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. We highly suggest you inspect open box items during our inspection hours. Call if you have questions. We do our best to test every item to see if they power on! Open box items can not be returned and are sold as is. *We do not give refunds for missing hardware
Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. We encourage you to inspect damaged items during our inspection hours. Call if you have questions. Damaged items can not be returned and are sold as is.
