We may charge your card a refundable deposit up to 50% of the total invoice, unless contact is made and wire transfer is arranged. This deposit will be refunded once the wire transfer is completed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you require shipping on your items as a first time buyer, we will ship your winnings once your payment has cleared this could take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive a second invoice after we have packaged your items and gotten them ready to be shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a paid in full invoice including shipping costs and the tracking number. ** Adult Signature and insurance will be added to ALL packages over $500 we may add signature and insurance on lesser priced, higher value packages also. We also have Homestake Mining Company Items, Celluloid Deadwood First National Bank Board, a framed needlepoint from the Historic James Anderson house, and area history books. This auction also offers many antiques including a Stagecoach Strongbox, Gold Scales, Art Work, Art Deco, and Art Nouveau pieces, Hurricane Lamps, Aladdin Oil Lamps, and others, Tiffany Style Lamps, a RARE complete Akron Pressurized Oil Lamp, and many other lamps, old pullies and pumps, coffee grinders, butter churns, railroad lanterns, gold scales, fire grenades, Hummel figurines, vintage piggy banks, brass fans and part one of the most impressive Roseville USA Pottery collection and other pieces of pottery such as Hull, Rosemeade, Frankoma, McCoy, CaHoy, Souix, and Pine Ridge Pottery. We may charge your card a refundable deposit up to 50% of the total invoice, unless contact is made and wire transfer is arranged. This deposit will be refunded once the wire transfer is completed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you require shipping on your items as a first time buyer, we will ship your winnings once your payment has cleared this could take up to 7-10 business days. We will only ship to the address on file with Hibid. ** Sales Tax for SD will be charged when applicable. ** Local Customers may pay by cash, credit card or check. There is a $50 NSF fee on all returned checks and a $30 fee for all declined credit cards plus any other fees incured from unsuccessful transactions. ** Out of town customers may pay by credit card or wire transfer ** All Buyers: We may require a wire transfer on large invoices, if we do require a wire transfer, we will secure a deposit up to 50% of the invoice amount on your credit card on file unless contact is made with us within 2 business days and wire transfer is arranged. This amount will be refunded when the wire transfer is complete. ** Items are located at 2011 Helios Dr. Rapid City, SD, 57703 and a possible second location, if an item has a different pick up location, it will be noted in the description of that item. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR BIG ITEMS AND BOXES, TOTES OR BAGS TO LOAD OUT OTHER ITEMS. These items are not provided at pick up. ** Shipping is available on most items. Please check the individual listings to ensure shipping is available. We do not ship most large items, some glassware or guns and ammunition. ** Shipping and Handling costs are not included in the winning bid. You will receive a second invoice after we have packaged your items and gotten them ready to be shipped. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a paid in full invoice including shipping costs and the tracking number. ** Adult Signature and insurance will be added to ALL packages over $500 we may add signature and insurance on lesser priced, higher value packages also. Packages will be mailed to the address on file unless noted at time of registry NO EXCEPTIONS ** Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the close of the auction or after funds have cleared. ** Auctioneer is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. We will package everything in house, as economically as possible and to the best of our ability. ** All invoices MUST be paid at time of pick up.
