Two estates in one auction! Our first estate belongs to a lady by the name of Helen. A percentage of her proceeds will go to the Gideons group, while another percentage will go to her church. We thank you for supporting her and her last wishes. Our second estate belongs to a lady by the name of Karen. She is still living, and her hopes are that her items will bring their new owners the same enjoyment they brought her throughout the years. This auction has lots of goodies including antiques and collectibles, furniture, authentic watercolor paintings, silver plated silverware sets, general household goods, vintage toys, and so much more! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Pickup will be at my small shop, so please call ahead for appointments so that everyone doesn’t show up all at once. We would like this to be as smooth as possible. One day pickup arrangements can be made for a different date if you cannot make this particular date. However, payment will be due at the time of the original pickup date.
