New and unused Conley's Greenhouse brand greenhouse kit (conleys.com), 18' wide x 24' long, with electric heater, exhaust fans, inlet shutters, and various other assemblies that come with the kit. See attached document links below for assembled example photos and specifications. Accessories such as heaters and fans are stored in their original packaging/boxes on site and photos were not able to be taken of them. Limited forklift/staff assistance on site; please come prepared with adequate transport and removal equipment as necessary. The owning agency states this greenhouse was purchased for a project and the project was closed before the greenhouse was assembled. The attached owning agency document states:

w/ Modine HER150 electric unit heater*, *Unit heater either 208-240V3ph
2 -20" shutter exhaust fans, 2- 30" inlet shutters,
2 -12" HAF fans, (1) 3' x 6'8" storm door,
6mm Twinwall PC covering, 5'6" sidewalls.
Wadsworth Step UP Control Package greenhouse controls w/ custom contactor panel, temp. & humidity sensor, Compass software, engineered custom drawings.
4' wide x 8' long stationary benches w/ expanded metal tops, leg anchor brackets w/rawl studs every leg, stabilizer assembly.

This greenhouse was purchased for a project. The project was closed before the greenhouse was assembled."
