PICK UP DATE AND TIME: MONDAY; FEB 26TH 1:00-5:00 PM BUYERS PREMIUM: 13% SALES TAX: 7.25% PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Cash (up to $10,000) good local Check, and all major Credit Cards. PICK UP: Shipping to an FFL Is Available with the Buyer being responsible for handling fee of $10.00 plus actual shipping and packing costs. All in state buyers shall pick up items on FEB. 26TH 1:00-5:00 PM. Any out of state buyers are required to ship to an FFL in their state. Email FFL license to Steve@jaggerauctioneers.com WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. All firearms should be looked at by qualified gunsmith prior to use. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be used to display items. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 35% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). ALL FIREARM INVOICES WILL INCLUDE A $10 FIREARM PROCESSING FEE. THIS IS PER INVOICE AND NOT PER FIREARM. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing if out of state. FFLs are easy to find and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. This fee typically works out to be between $30-$60. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. WE DO NOT SHIP AMMUNITION! The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. |
