Terms and Conditions of Sale:
BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not�. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid.
8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.
9. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. Furthermore the Buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchase.

It is about a size 9. There are 4 sapphires & a total of 6 nice little diamonds between them. 104 14K Gold Diamond Swirl Ring This is hallmarked & is about a size 8.5. We do not know the carat weight but think it is at least a half carat of round & baguette stones. 105 18K White Gold Art Deco Amethyst Filagree Ring This beautiful hallmarked ring is about a size 5. Tje stone is at least 3/8 of an inch wide & long. 106 14K White Gold Tanzanite & Diamond Pendant This is not hallmarked but tested as 14K gold. It was bought as the tanzanite being half a carat, the large marquis diamond being a quarter carat & the 2 smaller diamonds being 10 & 3 points. The stones are nice & everything is glittering. 107 Victorian 14K Rose Gold Garnet & Seed Pearl Sugarloaf-Style Ring This is not hallmarked but tested as being 14K. It is about a size 7.75. 108 Vintage Keepsake 2-Ring Diamond Set Both rings are hallmarked & the band with the quarter carat solitaire is also marked with Keepsake. Size is about a 5.25. The box is original & the foam-type interior is deteriorating. The diamonds are nice. 109 10K White Gold Ring With Orange-Red Center Stone + Clear Stones We do not know the stones & the clear ones are not diamonds. Size is about an 8.5. The top of the stone shows a little scuffing. 110 Older 14K Diamond Flower Spray Ring This is hallmarked & is at least 35 years old. The bands are held together by a band that also looks like gold. It is about a size six. We do not know the carat weight of the bright diamonds. 111 Antique Oak Sessions Pendulum Clock 22 in. tall & no key, being sold AS IS. 113 2 Trays Of Vintage Glass & Hand Painted Items Mugs & More The deer is missing an antler.
