UT-03 Universal mill w/ motor
o Volumetric feeder, Accurate,
1 HP gearmotor DC
Feeding range of 6 to 60 cu. Ft. per hour
Power requirements 230V, 1 phase, 60 Hz
5 cu. Ft. hopper extension
o 10 HP, 3600 RPM, 3/60/230-460V, TEFC motor for the mill drive
o Pin mill assembly consisting of a pin rotor door mounted pin stator and a spacer disc
o Set of screens for the 6 jaw assembly, size ranges (0.5 – 6.0 mm), stainless steel
• Mag receiver / dust collector
o Receiver type dust collector with 69 sq. ft. of filter cloth to provide an air to cloth ratio of 5:1
o Clean air plenum with mounting flange at tube sheet , flanged air outlet, internal air piping, compressed air header
o Mineral reinforced nylon combination venturi and bag cups mild steel bag clamps, air valves, adjustable timer, timer and solenoid valves are mounted and prewired in a NEMA 4 encloser mounted on the compressed air header
o (14) polyester Dacron filter bags
o Bag housing is made of mild steel with contact parts coated with a food grade epoxy coating
o Access door of 18” x 48”
o Tangential inlet with cyclone ring and 60 degree hopper
o 110V electrical source and 5 SCFM supply of 100 PSIG clean, dry air required
o Discharge unit has rotary airlock constructed of mild steel and driven by 1 HP, TEFC gear motor
• Blower package
o 7.5 HP, 3600 RPM TEFC motor
o 350 CFM at 20” S.P. water column at 120 degrees F
o Outlet damper and silencer
