7. The auction, Wilbur Auction, can refuse admission to the sale or refuse to recognise any or all bids from any person or persons at any auction.
8. Payment should be made within 3 days after auction, no longer than 7 days.
9. If items are not arranged to be shipped or picked up within 14 days, the item will go back to auction company, Wilbur Auction.
