All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL. If a firearm is not compliant in the purchaser state we will not ship the gun. All buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. 9. In the event of clerical or clerking errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform. 10.
