This is a live and webcast auction. All Pre Auction Absentee (online) bids will be brought to the LIVE AUCTION. All items sold "as is where is" without warranty expressed or implied. All purchases must be paid for on auction day and prior to removal of items from the premises; unless winning with an absentee bid. Absentee winning bids must be paid prior to pick up. We will contact all absentee bid winners within 2 hours of the end of the live auction. Mr. Kenneth Martin, formerly of Martin Marine, has recently moved into an assisted living facility and has commissioned us to sell at auction all tools, equipment, parts and miscellaneous from his Lake Arrowhead property. Parking will be very limited; please be considerate of Mr. Martin's neighbors. This auction will be available for webcast if you cannot be there in person.
