Terms and Conditions for South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC Online Auction **1. Introduction** These terms and conditions govern the online auction conducted by South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC. By participating in the auction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. **2. Auction Soft Close** The auction will implement a soft close starting at 6 PM Central Time on February 23, 2024. If any bids are placed within the last 3 minutes of the auction, the bidding time for that specific item will be extended by 60 seconds. **3. Item Pickup** - Pickup Date and Time: February 24, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM Central Time. - Location: South Dakota Land And Auctions Building, 20214 State Highway 1806, Fort Pierre, SD 57532. - It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure they are available to pick up their won items during the specified time. In the event of bad weather just reach out to Cutter @605-871-9926 and work out a time that works to pick up items. **4. Storage Arrangement** - Storage arrangements for the items must be made during the registration process. - If special storage is required, it may incur additional costs, and details should be confirmed with South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC prior to the auction. **5. Unclaimed Items** - Any items not picked up by 2:00 PM Central Time on February 24, 2024, will be considered abandoned. - Abandoned items will be disposed of at the discretion of South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC without refund or liability. **6. Payment Terms** - The credit card on file will be automatically charged following the auction for the total purchase amount. - To pay with cash or check, arrangements must be made during registration. Failure to do so will result in the credit card on file being charged. - In the event a credit card transaction is declined, South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC will contact the customer to arrange an alternative form of payment. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid form of payment within 24 hours. **7. Liability** - South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to items once they have been sold. - Bidders are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding and agree to accept items in their current condition. **8. Dispute Resolution** - Any disputes arising from this auction will be resolved at the discretion of South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC, whose decision shall be final. **9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions** - South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All participants will be subject to the amended terms and conditions. **10. Acceptance of Terms** - Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Buyers Premium of 15% will be added to all items South Dakota Sales tax of 4.2% Will be added to all items including the Buyers Premium Shipping can be arranged for most smaller items at actual cost of shipping plus $5 handling fee.
