DATE OF SALE: To begin Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 12:00 PM and conclude on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 5:00 PM. Lots will have a staggered and soft close.
PREVIEW: No preview available. You must rely on descriptions and photos. If you have specific questions about an item you can email auction company at halfhillauctions@gmail.com, include the LOT # and we will do our best to get you an answer.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items.
PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the TIME OF PICKUP on October 8th. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions.
ITEM PICKUP: Pickup will be scheduled on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 10:00AM-6:00PM. Property address will be given to winning bidders after the auction closes via email. Property is located in Lexington, KY 40505.
SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:02 PM. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.
