Introduction** These terms and conditions govern the online auction conducted by South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC. By participating in the auction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. **2. Auction Soft Close** The auction will implement a soft close starting at 6 PM Central Time on January 26, 2024. If any bids are placed within the last 3 minutes of the auction, the bidding time for that specific item will be extended by 60 seconds. **3. Item Pickup** - Pickup Date and Time: January 27, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM Central Time. - Location: South Dakota Land And Auctions Building, 20214 State Highway 1806, Fort Pierre, SD 57532. - It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure they are available to pick up their won items during the specified time. **4. Storage Arrangement** - Storage arrangements for the items must be made during the registration process. - If special storage is required, it may incur additional costs, and details should be confirmed with South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC prior to the auction. **5. Unclaimed Items** - Any items not picked up by 2:00 PM Central Time on January 27, 2024, will be considered abandoned. - Abandoned items will be disposed of at the discretion of South Dakota Land and Auctions LLC without refund or liability. **6.
