Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. There is a 18.5% Buyers Premium (3.5% discount for cash) charged to all purchases. Cash discount applied only if buyer completes purchase by Sunday or Monday following sale and indicates intention to pay cash by message through Hibid or to auction house before close of auction. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. You may email your certificate to auroracountryauction@gmail.com. The auction staff reserves the right to bid. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to sale. Email notification of winning bids will be sent after auction closes. Pickup will be the first Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday following auction close. Items remaining after one week will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and such items will be disposed of at auctioneer's discretion without refund to winning bidder.
