1) All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGEBACKS
2) All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
3) Bidder inspection is encouraged.
4) By placing a bid, bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or
they have chosen not to personally examine them.
5) We Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
6) 13% Buyer's premium applied to final winning bids, 3% DISCOUNT for payments made with cash or approved check.
7) Rock Creek Auction Co. accepts Cash, Approved Checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express.
8) All items must be paid and settled for within the time specified for each auction. Items must be picked up during the specified time unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Any items left after 72 business hours are subject to a $5.00 a day storage fee or will be resold. This will not release you from your obligation to pay for said items.
