You agree that the laws of the State of Tennessee shall govern this agreement, shall be applied if any dispute arises related to the Online Auction, and shall be applied related to any dispute with the Auction Company. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim, lawsuit, or cause of action related to the Online Auction or the Auction Company or related to these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year of the date the bid was made or be forever barred.
