Berea Warehouse Moving Sale!! Part 1 of 2!! Active (#18411457)We are liquidating the leftover items at the Berea Warehouse!!! Holy moly there is so much we had to break it up into 2 sales!! This is part 1 and it is packed with everything from furniture to collectibles to coins, art and so much more. There are many great furniture pieces perfect for rehab projects, storage shelving that we do not need at our new place, plates, dishes, Books and did I mention books?!?! We have several great lots of books from yearbooks to novels, cartoons and so much more. This sale is packed with amazing items Both for resale and use!! Make sure to check back for part 2. This will be a combined pickup on the date listed. Please do not bid if you can not make the times listed. Shipping can be offered on small items and furniture delivery can be arranged for an additional charge on those items.
Pickup will be in Berea, Ohio. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice. Invoices will be sent after the auctions ends. **Pickup will be Sunday January 7th, 2024 from 12:00pm - 4:30pm. This will be a one time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees. ****WE WILL BE ASSESSING DISPOSAL FEES AND ENFORCING FORFEITURE POLICY GOING FORWARD AS WE MUST BE VACATED FROM THE PROPERTY THIS DAY TO TURN KEYS OVER MONDAY!!
