TERMS: Payment in full on day of auction. Cash or Check Only. 10% Buyer’s Premium added to all bids. The number of units to be auctioned is subject to change. Units will be open for viewing from 10:00 until 11:00 am on day of sale. Inspection of unit contents is from the door ONLY. This will be a WHOLE UNIT auction – the unit will be offered and sold in its entirety. A one-time $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required and will be returned when unit is left in broom swept condition. Two (2) day Removal. If unit is not emptied on day of auction purchaser must place own lock on door.

Barchiesi Storage Facility (Dry Tavern) Long Street, Rices Landing, PA From Waynesburg, take Rt. 188 to Dry Tavern. At light, turn right onto Rt.88 then quick left on Long St. just past the bank. Units are on the right. Watch for 'A Walt Stout Auction' signs.
This long-existing business has been sold and the new owner wants the delinquent units offered at auction to the highest bidder!
This will be a live, in-person bidding only auction. As of 12/20/23 there were more than a dozen units to be sold. This will be an "Absolute Auction" meaning everything will sell to the highest bidder, regardless of the bid amount.
