Payment Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. We will run the credit card of any buyer who is not paid in full the day of checkout/pick up. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 3 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Winter Equipment online auctions. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the alotted checkout time, unless other written arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. Returned Check Fees A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately after the conclusion of the auction and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. Payment Procedures Payments will be made directly to Winter Equipment online auctions. Payment is to be made during checkout times and dates. Forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check, Wire transfer (with $20 fee), or Credit Card (with a 4% convenience fee for use of a credit card). All Cashier's Checks are to be made payable to Winter Equipment online auctions Shipping: Winter Equipment online auctions will have shipping available for most items at the expense of the buyer. Winter Equipment online auctions will charge a fee for package handling. Buyer agrees to assume any and all risk of loss, damage, or other unforseen issues with shipping and agrees to release Winter Equipment online auctions from any liability there of. Shipping can take some time as we do not ship any items until the week after auction pick up.
