Applicable state taxes plus a 15% buyer's premium are added.

All payments are due by Friday, December 15th, by noon. Non-payers will be blocked from future bidding! Bidding is a contractual agreement with an obligation to pay. Do not bid if you do not plan to pay or cannot make pick-ups. Invoices are sent out via email the evening of the auction close. Address is not provided until the morning of pickups to maintain security at the residence. The address will be posted on your invoice around 7am.

Shipping can be arranged for small and medium size items. Please, send an email to info@vvestatesales.com with your name and lots and you'll be billed separately for the cost of shipping. Shipping prices are very reasonable! On average items within 18" frame are billed $12-18 for shipping depending on your location.

Pick - Up Date/Time: 2023-12-16 10 AM to 3 PM and 12-15 4 PM to 7 PM

Please, follow your time frame on the scheduling software. The space for picking up and picker in the house is very limited. Also, the owner requested order and no crowds of people. Please, make sure you come on time and schedule your timeframe. We'll let only 3-4 people in at a time and there will be a check-in list with your name and timeslot. People, who come earlier or later, will have to wait. I hope very much for your understanding and respect for other people!
