Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. *We will charge the card on file immediately after auction sale, you (the winning bidder/buyer) is responsible for pickup or to arrange shipment. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Applicable taxes * Buyer's premium rate charged (15%) for Bidders. * Cash, Money Order, Check & Paypal Accepted in most instances. * Bullion & Coins May Require Cash, Wire Transfer or Money Order Only. *Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of Auction Close * If the credit card on file is not able to be processed then: All purchases must be paid for (or contact with arrangements, such as the money order is in the mail) within 36 hours of auction's close. *Absentee Bids will be bid in a competitive manner. Robert Wilson, Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or not excecute any absentee bid at his own discretion. * Internet & Webcast Auctions: Robert Wilson, Auctioneer, reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *When the auctioneer says sold, bangs the gavel or gives other such visual or verbal affirmation of an ended lot, the high bidder is responsible for purchase of the item *All items are considered with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise in advertisements or during announcements on the day of sale. *Auctioneer may remove a lot at any time up until and including the auction itself. *RESERVES: Each item may have a confidential minimum/reserve price established by Robert Wilson, Auctioneer.
