*A $5 handling fee per shipping box is added for shipping of items.
*A $5 handling fee for bringing back items to the office per lot will be added for those customers with a 3 day pick up window.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWNG THE END OF THE AUCTION, CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL EMAILED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AN ADDITIONAL 3 % CHARGE WILL BE ASSESED TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD A SECOND TIME.
Please ask all questions prior to the close of the auction. Look carefully at the photos and/or attend the preview as stated in the listing. All sales are final!
Payment:
Invoicing is done through Currency Pay at the close of the auction. Your card on file will be charged directly following the close of the auction. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover are valid forms of payment. We also accept e checks, please contact Kedra at 765-625-1714 to make those arrangements. DO NOT ASSUME you can just pay cash without making prior arrangements. This is grounds for permanent banishment! Payment is due 24 hours following the close auction.
Bring Backs:
In the event of an emergency, you are unable to attend the pickup, the auction company can provide transport for (small, manageable) items to be taken to our office in Farmland for a pick up within 72 hours. There will be a $5.00/ item fee added to your bill. Please note that this is in a per person basis and arrangements MUST be made in advance. Please call Kedra at 765-625-1714 to make those arrangements.
Shipping:
After your initial payment for your purchase, your card on file will be charged for the cost of shipping plus a $5 per packaged box. We try and ship your items via USPS. Some items due to size or weight will need to be shipped via USPS. We have had too many issues with FedEx (lost packages, broken packages, etc) so we prefer not to use them.
Terms & Conditions:
The Sale of Items- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
No Liability- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy a lawnmower, bulldozer, or other such item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased.
Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc.
Loading Equipment- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods.
Consignors- All consignors must fill out a contract with Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate, sign forms and abide by our terms listed.
Bidders- All bidders must register for bidder's numbers with proper ID. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with no extra fees. Wire transfers will incur an extra fee. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card.
Removal- No goods will be removed until paid in full. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate shall not, in any event, be liable for non-removal or abandonment or for any other matter to any purchaser of any lot.
Paid Receipt- Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed upon presentation of paid receipt to Auction staff. Purchased goods must be removed within the parameters listed in the auction description or sold for storage in our upcoming sale.
NSF Funds- A fee for Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) checks per occurrence will be charged. NO CREDIT ALLOWED
Reserve Prices- We are governed by the Indiana Statutes and all items sell with a reserve unless advertised. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to publish or disclose any minimum due to confidentiality. Vehicles sell with owner's confirmation.
Bidding- No consignor, seller, or agent for seller has that right to bid on their consigned goods.
Employee Bidding- Any employee of Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item.
Compliance with The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
Indiana Laws- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate is in complete accordance with Indiana statutes and Indiana Administrative codes, Title 25, Title 812, Department of Revenue Tax Bulletin #20, and Reference IC 6-2-4. Sold Items- All items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when auctioneer confirms your number as successful bidder. Although the auction company will exhibit reasonable care to safeguard purchases until removed by purchaser, no refunds or adjustments will be allowed for any shortages. We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost goods.
Keeping Order- Auctioneers have the right to refuse service or eject any person obstructing the auction process. Appraisals are NO guarantee of auction prices; nor can we establish a value for sentimental reasons. The Auction Company, when acting as Agent, is not responsible for the act of its principals.
NO Warranties- Everything is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final.
Sales Tax- Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by appropriate state/local laws. Sales tax exemption number, where applicable, must be presented at the time of bidder registration. To qualify for any available exemption, buyer must sign any required form.
Dispute between Bidders- If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its' auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder. The decision of the auction company, or its' auctioneer, shall be final and absolute.
Condition of Items Sold- All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse.
Nominal bids- Any bid that is merely a nominal bid may be rejected by the Auction Company or the Auction Company may reject fractional advances, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale.
Absentee (proxy) Bids - Absentee bids may be presented to the auction company in writing and must be accompanied by credit/debit card number, which will be verified for you maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. Buyer may deliver to auction company maximum bid in certified funds to be refunded in full, if Buyer does not gain the successful bid. Said bids are subject to all terms and conditions of sale as listed herein or announced at the auction sale. All absentee bids will be held in confidence.
Auction Company may have a principal interest in this sale. Seller may NOT bid on his/her own items at auction as per state laws.
Personal and Property Risk- Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held.
Records- The record of sale kept by the Auction Company, the audio tape of the auction and the bookkeeper records will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

Also has harrow, has been stored in the barn, no markers, 7.5" centers. 2 John Deere 7200 Corn Planter John Deere 7200 Vacumerge corn planter, liquid fertilizer, hydraulic vacuum pump, pull type, markers, squeeze pump for fertilizer and insecticide boxes. Comes with fertilizer openers, 6R30, does need new tires. Tires will need to be changed before ... 3 Bobcat Farmboy Skid Steer Bobcat Farmboy skid steer. Does have an engine issue from what I have been told. Comes with material bucket, forks and cutting edge with teeth. Kohler Magnum 18hp engine. Tires are fair with good rims. Foot controls, hrs unknown, serial number: ... 4 Rhino Rotary Mower 7' Rhino rotary mower, 3pt mount, solid rubber wheels, 540 PTO. PTO off unit, clutch looks to be out with all pieces being present. Pretty solid deck, has been stored outside for some time. 5 John Deere Disk 10' John Deere disk, hydraulic lift, fair tires, no hydraulic cylinder with unit. Was stored inside. Disk bells still have some life, no major damage breaks or welds. 6 John Deere Cultimulcher John Deere cultimulcher, does need one new tire, hydraulic lift but no cylinder. Overall good condition, believe is 10', has been stored outside. 7 J&M Gravity Wagon Very nice J&M gravity wagon with Kewanee running gear. Good condition, has been stored inside. All tires are good, bed is nice condition. Paint has some fading but overall good condition. 8 Kill Bros Center Dump Gravity Wagon Kill Bros center dump gravity wagon, Kewanee running gear. One tire is flat but looks to be good, has been stored inside. Overall nice wagon, bed and running gear look to be in nice condition. Paint is faded but still good. 9 Kory Gravity Wagon w/ JD Running Gear Kory gravity wagon with John Deere running. Paint is rough on this wagon but still solid wagon. Running gear looks to be good as well. has been stored inside, tires are good. 10 John Deere 8R30 Row Crop Cultivator John Deere 8R30 row crop cultivator, doe shave fenders, looks to be complete. 11 Tractor Saddle Tanks Set of tractor saddle tanks with brackets. Complete set, poly tanks, both look to be good, hoses are with tanks. 100 gallon capacity for each tank. 12 Oliver 5 Bottom Mold Board Plow Oliver 5 bottom mold board plow, some age to it, has been sitting outside, semi mounted plow. Did have design on them but unable to see design due to age and washing. 46 Pyrex Dishes Set of Pyrex baking dishes, comes with a cranberry or pink set of baking dishes. Large baking and two smaller refrigerator dishes, all have lids. Amber baking dish is included in lot. Some fading on pink or cranberry dishes. 47 Pyrex Casserole Dishes Two Pyrex Casserole dishes, these are both Pyrex brand. One is a sunflower design. I have never seen this one before, also more common snowflake pattern. Both have lids and both appear to be good. 48 Corning Ware Dishes Set of Corning dishes, lot features comes with 4 dishes and one extra lid. All appear to be good. 49 Corelle Dishes Set of Corelle dishes, these all do not match but all are Corelle brand. All appear to be good. Various styles and quantities. 50 Fire King Plates Set of white Fire King plates and saucers, all appear to be good. 51 Hull & More Lot of various cream and sugars. The floral set is Hull along with other various cream and sugars along with tea cups and small bean crock. 52 Pyrex Hamilton Beech Bowl Mixing bowl for the Hamilton Beech mixer, this is Pyrex and marked Hamilton Beech, does have one small stain on bottom but overall good condition. 53 Salad Plates Set of clear glass salad plates, all appear to be good, total of 12. 54 Depression Glass Small lot of depression glass. Comes with green, pink and frosted glass piece. The frosted piece was hand painted at one time, but has flaked off over time. All appear to be good. 55 Hand Painted Dishes Nice lot of various antique hand painted dishes. Bowls make up the majority of lot but plates as well. Various brands and styles, all appear to be good. 56 Snack Plate & More Lot features a green snack plate, ruby colored cup and other vintage plates. All appear to be good. Some checking and cracking in finish on the vintage plates. 57 Bunny on a basket Small clear glass bunny on a basket, appears to be good, no markings. 58 Clear Glass Lot Large lot of several clear glass items. A lot of several pieces of cut and pressed glass. All appear to be good, various styles and sizes of pieces. 59 Vases Lot of various inexpensive vases, various colors and shapes. There are a couple plastic in this lot but majority is glass. 60 Misc Plates Small lot of misc plates. A couple Corelle, Platzgraff and antique plates. 61 Bread Maker, Electric skillet & Chopper All three are electric kitchen appliances. All look to be good and in working order. Lot comes with very nice and clean bread maker, single serving electric skillet (handle is removable) also a small food chopper or processor. 62 Plastic Store Ware Large group of plastic kitchen storage along with plates, cups, cookers, baking mat and more. Many true Tupperware brand items in this lot. 63 Decor & Collector Plates Lot features several decor and collector type plates. Several bird plates along with anniversary plates. 64 Apple Shaped Bowl Green colored apple shaped fruit bowl, appears to be good, no makers mark. 65 Picture Frames Large of lot various picture frames, many styles, sizes and shapes. Also comes with Kodak brand digital frame. All are bird themed. 69 Animal Figurines Small set of vatious animal figurines, all appear to be good. 70 Home Decor Lot of several pieces of home decor, comes with planters or display containers, wall hanging, small vase and metal church. 71 VHS Tapes & Holder Several Disney and Pixar VHS tapes, Loin King is empty with no tape. Comes with VHS holder and well as cassette tape holder. 72 Umbrella Set of three umbrellas, different styles and sizes. 73 Vinyl Records 78's and 33's records, various artists. Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Nat King Cole, Elvis and many more. 74 John Deere Collectibles Set of John Deere collectibles, comes with Waterloo Boy tray and JD thermometer. 75 Silver Plate Pieces Small lot of silver plated items. Comes with salt and pepper shakers, cream and sugar set, small candy type dish with silver plate base. Two are identical, none have been tested. 78 Rocking Reclining Chair Rocking and reclining chair, has handle to lift foot up. Still a solid chair, some wear on arm rests and at the head but still a lot of life left in chair. Works as it should. 79 Magazine/End Table Small kit type end table with magazine rack. has door in front for storage as well. In nice condition and clean. 80 Wooden Floor Lamp Very nice and clean wooden floor lamp. Id adjustable up and down, has notches in post with latch, reminds me of part of a cattle stanchion. Does work as it should, comes with lamp shade. 81 Lift Chair Like new lift chair, was not used much, swade type finish to it. Very nice and clean, does work as it should. 82 Wooden Table Lamp Wooden table lamp with shade, good condition and does work as it should. 83 Oak End Table Nice oak end table, some discoloration but not bad at all. Overall good piece. 84 Three Cushion Sofa Clean three cushion sofa, does have some wear but still is good. Cream color with texture finish and wood accents. 85 Sligh Grandfather Clock Very nice Sligh brand grandfather clock. Complete, has brochure, crank, weights and pendulum. Very nice clock, made in Holland Michigan, was not cranked to test. 86 Fig Tree Silk fig tree, in good condition. 87 Entertainment Center Very nice and clean entertainment center. Wel built, does come apart for easy moving, great to re purpose as a china cabinet, bar or shelving unit. Very nice clean piece. 88 Stereo Small stereo with speaker, AM/FM, cassette and record player. Has not been tested. 89 Sanyo Flat Screen & VHS Smaller Sanyo flat screen TV, comes with RCA VHS player, neither has been tested. 90 Surge Protectors & Extension Cords Two surge protectors and two light weight household type extension cords. 91 Oak Coffee Table Oak coffee table, matches smaller end table, does have some water damage to top and finish is coming off, still solid table. 92 Prints Large selection of prints and wall decor. Many are framed, all in good condition, various sizes. Some not pictured. 93 Silk Flowers & Ferns Lot of silk flowers and ferns. Comes with baskets and containers for display. 94 Dinning Table & Chairs Dinning table and chairs, set of 4 metal framed with padded chairs along with table. Modern design, good condition. 95 Cast Iron Dutch Oven Cast iron dutch oven, does have crack in lid, comes with lid, good condition other than the lid. 96 Jars Set of various mason or Ball jars, all appear to be in good condition. Some lids with jars. 97 Small End Table Small end table, pressed wood, some water damage, did have plant on it. Plastic edging is is coming out at corners. Still a good solid table. 98 Thermometer & Barometer Wall hanging thermometer and barometer. Appears to work as it should, wood frame with brass accents. 99 Decorative Tins Lot of plastic and metal decorative containers. All appear to be modern but all in good condition. 100 Cookbooks Nice selection of older and modern cookbooks. Better Homes, local and microwave cookbooks. Nice selection. 101 Office Supplies Lot of several office supplies, comes with paper shredder, clip boards, post-it notes, paper, envelopes, pens, pencils, tape dispenser and other items. 102 Microwave Cart Kit type microwave cart, storage in bottom, good conditions. 103 Plastic Wares Nice lot of plastic wares, many kitchen items. Comes with reusable lunch box, bowls, cups, storage containers and more.
