5. Any bidder buying for resale must have their 11-digit Texas Sales Tax Number and Exemption application filled out and in our file prior to the start of this auction. These firearms are from bankruptcy court and are not consignments.
PAYMENTS
1. We accept cash, checks, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and credit cards. Checks must have a bank letter of guarantee made out to Bradshaw Auctions for this sale indicating the amount of check guarantee. THE AUCTIONEERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A CHECK FROM ANYONE WITHOUT REASON. Any Check over $500.00 will have to be verified on Monday before you may take any Equipment. (Unless you have a bank letter of credit or it is approved by Charlie.)
2. Any Wire Transfers must be completed and funds transferred in full by Monday, October 7, 2019. Partial wires WILL NOT BE accepted.
3. Credit card payments will have an additional 2% convenience fee added to your invoice.

LOADING
1. Loading of Equipment will begin on Saturday from 10AM till dark and Sunday 1PM till 5PM for this auction. As a rule, if our forklift can't lift the item you purchased, then we can't load the item. REMEMBER to send buyers invoice (receipt) with your drivers.
2. Some items are offsite, special arrangements for loading might be required.
3. Deadline for removal is Wednesday, October 9, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. Items both purchased and not sold must be removed. (Yard must be cleaned out)
