FFL TERMS WHEN PURCHASING A GUN AT BRADSHAW AUCTION, A BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE TRANSFERING THE GUN. Because we sell estates and or used firearms, the buyer agrees to have any weapon checked by a certified gunsmith before firing. The buyer will assume all legality, liability, and responsibility for the purchased firearm�s condition, use & security/storage. Buyer certifies by purchasing a gun that they are legally qualified to buy and own the firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership. The owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The buyer understands that all guns/weapons are potentially dangerous if handled or stored improperly. We have no established testing facility. Therefore, we assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold. PAYMENTS 1. We accept cash, checks, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and credit cards. 2. Any Wire Transfers must be completed and funds transferred in full by Monday, December 11. 2023 by 5:00 pm. 3. Credit card payments will have an additional 3.49% convenience fee added to your invoice. 4.
