Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in York County, SC. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $100 fee imposed. Nonpayment will result in legal recourse and you will be banned from future auctions. Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Abandoned items will incur a disposal fee at rates posted above. We reserve the right to ship items not picked up at buyers expense. Missing Items: It is the buyer's responsibility to check all contents of the package before removing it from the premises. We will not be held responsible for damaged or missing pieces once the package is in possession of the bidder. It's your responsibility to review your purchases and their condition. Shipping: The Ligon Company can arrange packing and shipping at the buyer's expense. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Bidder may be required to verify information on high value shipments. Any purchases over $500 will require a certified check or bank wire to ship. Keep in mind large or breakable items will be more costly to ship. Furniture will need to be arranged at buyer's discretion, we do not make freight arrangements, or provide movers. We will send items in the most efficient and cost effective way. We document the contents of each package. If we have missed an item in your shipment our documentation will show that. Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the package if you think something is not included. NOT discard the original shipping box and packaging if you think something is missing or damaged. Internet Outages: We are not responsible for Internet nor platform outages during an online Auction. The Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for any claim or actions based on or arising out of injuries, death, damage, loss of property, sustained or alleged to have been sustained by Buyer, its agent, principals, associates, friends, family and/or employees, in connection with or to have arisen out of or incidental to the auction including but not limited to the performance of this contract. This Agreement and all documents and instruments referred to herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
