The auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failure resulting in unaccepted or lost bids. Any bid placed shall constitute a legally binding and enforceable offer to purchase the subject Real Estate. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid placed. There is a 10% Buyer�s Premium charged to the final/winning bid price payable by the buyer/winning bidder and a $117 Broker Compliance Fee will be charged to Buyer/Winning Bidder at closing. Winning Bidder will be notified upon close of auction. Within 24 hours of close of auction, Buyer/Winning Bidder will be required to execute a Purchase Agreement as well as other applicable forms as required for the sale of real estate including but not limited to Addendums, Disclosures, Waivers, Agreements, Clauses and/or Broker Forms. The Property will be sold without contingencies including financing, insurance, appraisals, surveys and inspections. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the Property prior to placing any bid.
