You must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate in this auction. You agree that all information given by you is true and accurate. Any false information given during registration will result in you being banned from all auctions. Taxes: Buyer must pay to McGregor Auction Company all applicable taxes, unless buyer has provided McGregor Auction Company with a tax exemption certification. You must submit a completed copy of your tax-exempt form prior to auction close if you wish to apply for tax-exempt status. You must provide McGregor Auction Company with a credit card during your registration process. The credit card associated with your account will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases within 48 hours of the end of the sale. All sales must be paid in US currency (USD) . North Carolina sales tax rate is 7% If you are picking up your item and paying cash at that time, you must advise McGregor Auction Company, in advance of the auction so your card will not be charged. A Buyer's Premium of 18% is charged automatically to your final payment amount. If You Are paying cash, you will receive a 3% discount. Chargebacks are Prohibited: You agree that you will accept all charges placed on the credit card associated with your account. You further agree that you will not charge back any amount that McGregor Auction Company charges to your credit card. You agree that this provision applies equally to amounts charged in connection with any items you have won and any costs or fees discussed in these Terms and Conditions. Shipping: There is a $5.00 handling fee per Box. We do combine shipping and will charge you shipping company prices. Shipping is handled by Fed EX, UPS ,or the USPS. We will try to find the cheapest carrier to use if there is a large difference in the price. If you prefer a carrier, please inform us and we will use that one. All coins will be shipped USPS ground advantage or Priority. It is up to the bidder to verify and confirm any name and address on each invoice associated with this account for shipping purposes. WE do not ship out of the United States. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping but if you would like to insure your item during shipping please let us know prior to shipping. Pick Up Pick up is located at 1741 South Center St. Hickory. Pick up hours are as follows: Thursday 10-6 Friday 10-6 Saturday 10-4 If your items are not picked up by 4pm on Saturday, they will be mailed to your address on file on Monday Morning and your card will be charged for shipping and handling fees. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless McGregor Auction Company and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, legal fees, costs, and expenses related to or arising from or associated with you or your representatives including, but not limited to property damage or personal injury caused at any site for pickup of these items, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Once shipping costs are determined, a second charge will appear on your credit card for shipment of your item. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
