SOFT CLOSE: All of our online auctions have this feature. Soft closing of lots starts with Lot # 1 at specified closing time. Soft Close extends the bidding time for the specific item if a bid is placed in the last minute of the auction. Extending the end time for an item does not change the end time of the following items, so lots may end out of sequence.
MAXIMUM BIDS: This auction also features Maximum bidding. When you place your MAX BID the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else must bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If someone has already entered a MAX BID on an item you are bidding on, the system will automaticaly bid for you until you are the current high Bidder, or you reach your MAX bid. Please remember, you can always raise your max bid, but you CANNOT lower it.
WARNING: Do Not Wait to last minute to register for bidding after auction is close to closing or is already closing, as all NEW bidders to Hollinger Online Auctions must have credit card verified by HiBid.com and then bidder must be approved by Hollinger Auction before system will accept any bids from new bidder. TERMS: By registering and placing bids on our site you are agreeing to all terms and conditions: You must place a credit/debit card on file to register and bid on any of our auctions. There is a 10% buyer's premium charged to all online winning bids. The credit card used to register on HiBid will be charged on Thursday November 30th at 12:30 p.m. If you wish to pay with cash at PICK-UP or need to use a different card, then must call Mary at 620-257-8147 by noon November 30th before card has been ran.
SHIPPING: Shippable items are so marked. If there are lots that are not marked shippable, but have an item(s) that you want that could be shipped, you can call email Mary to check if would ship just particular items from lot and abandon rest of lot. Large items and furniture as well as lots that contain a lot of glass will not be shipped. If there are items in the purchased lot YOU do not want shipped, please let Mary know when you contact her to request shipping. You can request that only certain item(s) in that lot be shipped and you wish to abandon the unwanted items. Thus you will ONLY be paying shipping on the items you are wanting shipped. Shipping charges are: $5/box used for packing for shipment, plus actual postal charges.

PICKUP DIRECTIONS: Watch for signs at intersection and in front of the house.
Buyer is responsible for bringing own help to assist in loading items, including large items as well as responsible for bringing any needed boxes and dollies to move large items. Seller will have unhooked items from water, electricity, gas or the property, as needed.
If requested Payment at pick-up then payment due in exact amount (no change will be given) . NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. If items have not been picked up within 2 days of the auction close, they will be considered abandoned and become property of Hollinger Auction. By placing bids on our site you authorize Hollinger Auction to charge your card for any winning bids. Any declined cards will incur a $35 fee and may result in suspension of your account.
All items are final and sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" with all faults and blemishes and NO warranty expressed or implied. Selling quality collectibles including a LARGE assortment of Antique/Vintage jewelry. Very nice 3 piece Oak furniture bedroom set. LP and 45 records. Large collection of prints and pictures. The Harmons went to a lot of auctions and antiques shows where they purchased quality items to build up a very large collection of collectibles. You will not be disappointed, PLEASE NOTE: The shelving units and bedroom set are covered/filled with items selling in other lots so we ask that when setting time to pickup to please not choose an early pickup time. There is limited space to move the "small items" to give access. 1 Children and dogs Two framed vintage pictures: one with a little boy & a dog and one with a little girl & a dog. They measure 13 x 12. Both have glass 2 Fruit & landscape pictures Two vintage pictures. One is of deer by a river and the other one is fruit. Pix measures 33 x 17 and 35 x 15. The deer picture does have some frame damage, otherwise they are both in good shape as far as the pictures go. Fruit has glass 3 Vintage Lone Wolf & sheep dog Two very nice gold framed prints. One is the Lone Wolf and the other is "Eulogy of the dog" with missing lamb. The Lone Wolf has glass and measures 22 x 18. The other measures 22 1/2 x 17 1/2. The Lone Wolf does have some damage on the frame as show... 4 Landscapes and peasants Five framed landscape pictures, and one unframed "The Gleaners . The three smaller pictures in the frames have glass and the other two do not. No frame on The Gleaners. Largest is 25 x 20 1/2. The Gleaners is 14 x 11 5 Serving tray & oval picture Sterling silver handled serving tray. Ladies in Waiting oval picture with glass is 15" x 12 1/2. Metal tray is 14 x 18 which does not include the handles in the measurement. Tray needs a good cleaning 6 Stain glass & Framed Pix Stain glass piece with a wood frame is 32" x 13 1/4". Handiwork with wood frame is 13" x 11 1/2". 7 Vintage "Glacier Canyon" picture Vintage "Glacier Canyon" framed picture with glass. A plastic frame picture of "Man O' War" by artist R.H.Palenske and an empty frame. The glacier picture is 17 x 14, Man O� War is 16 x 19 1/2 and in the empty vintage frame is 17 x 21 1/2 8 2 Serving trays & vintage frame One vintage tray has no picture on it. The other one has a vintage sailing vessel. Nice old large frame. One tray has wooden handle and the other one has metal handle.
