All live, hall bidder and online purchases must be paid for on auction day with cash, money order, check or credit card. 5. There is a $30 NICS charge for all NJ firearms transfers. There is an addition pass through NJ State NICS fee for all guns that we transfer to NJ buyers. 6. No long gun will be transferred in NJ without a FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Certificate of Eligibility. 7. No handgun will be transferred without a FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Permit to Purchase. 8. We will do out of state sales and transfers to the respective state FFL dealer. All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL. The only guns we ship direct are antique long guns. If a firearm is not compliant in purchaser state we will not ship the gun. All buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. 9. In the event of clerical or clerking errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform. 10. There is a packing fee of $25 for each long gun shipped and $10 for each handgun. For all other packed lots there is a $10 packing fee per box. 11.
