A mandatory non-refundable 10% processing fee is due and payable to the BIDITHOMES upon the acceptance of the winning bid within 12 hours of Notice of the winning bid. � As a condition of registration, all prospective bidders agree that they have the capacity to independently enter a bidding contract with Bidithomes on any purchases made. The Bidder/Buyer are 100% responsible, BIDITHOMES does not have access to any of this information. 4. A TEN percent (10%) processing fee is in effect on all item(s) at every sale. Please note that the processing fee a taxable service and a cost of the processing of the online sale. 5. BIDITHOMES will accept e-transfers, wire transfer, or bank drafts only. No debit cards or credit card payments will be accepted. 6. Any asset in this online sale has a specific time when the bidding will soft close. You must ensure that you check the soft closing times on the item(s) you wish to bid/buy on. 10. This is a soft close auction which makes the bidding process fair and fully transparent. If the reserve has not been met by the soft close date and time, the date/time will be extended for 14 days. The Auctioneer will announce the winning bidder at the end of the sale. This is referred to as a "soft close" or bid extension. 11. All sales are final. All purchased assets and/or lot(s) must be paid in full. The Bidder/Buyer agrees and acknowledges that all item(s) offered are strictly sold on an "AS IS" basis.
