Winning Bidder Notification: If you are the winning bidder you will be notified with an invoice via email within 12 hours of the close of the auction. Catalog Discrepancies: You are bidding on the item as described. Do not rely solely on the photograph. Bidding Errors: We will not reverse bids that have caused another bidder to be outbid. We will not reverse any bids after the auction has begun to close, no exceptions. Charge-backs: Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he or she initiate a charge-back. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, the Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. No refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a lack of removal during the designated times. If an item is missing, the auction company is only responsible for refunding the amount that was paid, or the high bid of that particular item. Purchaser is responsible for proper disconnection of all appliances.
