The highest bid acknowledged by the auction platform at the closing time will be deemed the winning bid. Bid Increments: Auctioneer determines bid increments and may adjust them during the auction at their discretion. Winning and Payment: The highest bidder at the close of an item's bidding period will be deemed the winner. Winning bidders will be invoiced following auction with credit card used at registration. With Shipping to be invoiced within 48 hours unless local pickup is arranged Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Credit Card. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium 6% will be added to the final hammer price of each item. This premium is non-negotiable and is subject to South Dakota Sales tax of 4.2%. Shipping and Delivery: Preferred method of delivery is shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Auctioneer will use the cheapest shipping option and charge credit card on file. Item Conditions: All items are sold "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. Item descriptions provided are based on available information and believed to be accurate; however, errors or omissions may occur. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, Auctioneer's decision will be final. Bidders agree not to hold Auctioneer responsible for any errors or technical glitches that may occur during the auction. Withdrawal of Items: Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time.
