Online Auction: Part 3 Electrical Contractor Commercial Liquidation To Bid: turnkeyliquidators.hibid.com Auction Closing: Tuesday 11/14/23 @ 7PM EST (Soft Closing Every 25 Seconds) Auction Pick-Up: Thursday 11/16/23 2PM-6:30PM
Location: 535 5th Ave. East McKeesport, PA 15035 All payments must be paid by Cash or Cashier’s Check. You will not be permitted to pick up your winnings until payment is made in full. After 6:30 PM on November 16, 2023, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited. Please plan accordingly. Failure to pick up will result in the forfeiture of your winnings. Alternative pickup times will be charged at $100 paid in cash and subject to auction staff availability. Payment must be made by checkout day. Buyer is also responsible for storage fees in addition to this fee. *You are fully responsible for removing your winnings. Please come prepared with packing material, straps, pallets & help with loading. We will have a forklift on site to assist with loading. SHIPPING: SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON MOST LOTS. Please read the item’s description. If shipping is not available, it will be noted in the item’s description. Turn Key does not personally ship your items. We will coordinate shipping with Premier Postal Plus (724-294-2444 (YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL THEM). They are a 3rd party shipper. Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING PRIOR TO THURSDAY November 16, 2023, @ 6:00 PM, by email turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com. After 6 PM on November 16, 2023, all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited. SHIPPING TIMELINE Contact Turn Key by EMAIL (turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com) BEFORE 11/16/23 @ 6 PM to request shipping. Turn Key will then deliver your Items to the shipper within 24 hours of the pickup date (THURSDAY 11/16/23) Once your items are processed by Premier Postal Plus, they will call you to pay for shipping. Your items will then be shipped. Please be patient. Premier Postal processes 100’s of items to be shipped each week. This process may take up to a week to 10 days. Turn Key cannot give shipping quotes. ***Premier Postal is NOT a PICK-UP location or a holding facility. If you choose to have your items delivered for shipping, your items MUST be shipped by Premier Postal. Premier Postal is not a Pick Up or Holding Facility. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 charge.
