Lots will close at a rate of one every 20 seconds with a soft close, meaning if a bid is placed in the last two minute, bidding will extend by two minutes. If buyer does not contact Bob�s Auction Service within 72 hours of the auction close start time, the credit card on file will be charged. If a buyer fails to pay in full for an item the buyer may be black listed and not allowed to participate in any Bob�s Auction Service, Inc.. auction and reported to other HiBid auction companies as a non-paying bidder. All items must be picked up at the designated pickup times, no exceptions unless prior arrangements are made. If they are not picked up at the designated pickup times the items are considered abandoned and become the property of the Auction Company or seller. Should a dispute arise between Bob's Auction Service, Inc. and bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Dodge County, Wisconsin. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bob's Auction Service, Inc. reserves the right to pause, delay, or restart bidding at any time. Bob's Auction Service, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
