  Online only in which the auction starts closing at 2:00 pm (Eastern Time) on Thursday, November 9th, 2023. The first item in catalog order will close at 1 pm, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s).

   

  Removal: Within 2 weeks of auction close date. Shipping is available. If shipping is needed, seller will give quotes to the winning bidders. You are responsible to pay for the shipping. You can use your own carrier but 4 business days notice are needed after paying the packaging fee, and providing a BOL. You are also responsible to pay a packaging fee to the seller. There is a $40 fee due to the seller to palletize and wrap or strap each pallet (up to 48x48). The bill of lading and pallet fee is due 4 business days prior to your scheduled pickup date.

  • Your bid price will be multiplied by the quantity listed on the lot (Example: you bid $1 on a lot that has a quantity of 200, you are agreeing to a bid of $200 + buyers premium and applicable tax on that lot).

Capital Online Auctions and the consigning sellers do not offer any kind of warranty expressed or implied as to any item condition, quality or value. Inspection opportunity of items will be posted on the auction information page with dates, time and location of inspection. No refunds will be awarded for errors in the items description, photo, defect, or anything wrong with the asset item. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to inspect the item before bidding. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
