Then will be charged again once shipping has been calculated. - Items won will be shipped to the address on your account. Items will be shipped in house through USPS Ground Advantage with insurance, at buyers expense and will provide a tracking number. A $5 flat handling fee will be applied to your order per box needed to ship. We will try our best to ship everything in one package. - All single cards are packed in protective sleeves and bags with plastic top loaders. Maintaining the condition of the cards is our top priority. Large orders are shipped in boxes and smaller orders are shipped in padded bubble mailers. -ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Bidding on any lot in High Desert Exchange's Auctions without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent. -Failure to pay all charges will mark a strike to your account, and will result in a negative review and ban to your account. - Any unpaid invoices or orders with unpaid shipping left after 2 business days following the auction, will be treated as abandoned and will be FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS. - ANY CHARGEBACKS WILL RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT RECEIVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND A BAN TO YOUR ACCUNT. - Please make sure the credit card used at sign up is correct and make sure your ship to address is accurate. - NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS AFTER THE DAY OF SALE. - California Resale Certificates MUST be emailed PRIOR to the closing of the auction, failure will result in sales tax being charged. - Due to the large number of items we receive and consign for, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every item present on the auction. - Bidders are solely responsible for determining authenticity of items they wish to bid on.
