Pickup reservations for this auction will be available: --11:00am - 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 8 --11:00am - 5:00pm on Friday, November 10 After the final pickup day listed above, all shelves are cleared and products are disposed of to make room for future auctions (no refunds given for products that are not picked up). THERE ARE NO PICKUPS ON TUESDAYS OR THURSDAYS. Pickup System: Please park in our parking lot to the west of our building, and follow the signage to text the Order Fulfillment Team to retrieve your order. If we assist you with loading any products, Air Capital Auctions and it's team are not responsible for damage to products or vehicles. The Fulfillment team cannot load items larger than 50 pounds. Please bring help and be prepared to load these items. INVOICE PAYMENT At the end of the auction, the credit card on file with EquipBid will be processed for the full invoice amount due. For all invoices that remain unpaid and open after credit cards have been charged, we ask that payment be made by credit card or cash within two (2) business days following the auction's conclusion. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient process for everyone. Please note that timely payment within this two-day window is greatly appreciated and will ensure that your bidding privileges on EquipBid remain unaffected. We understand that our previous invoice extension policies have been generous, but in order to continue offering you the best service possible, we have had to make this adjustment. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! PRODUCT CONDITION RETURN AND REFUND POLICY All items are considered to be "Open Box". Our product listing team will make every effort to document the condition through pictures and/or descriptions. Ultimately, we know we are imperfect and, with the number of products listed, there will occasionally be items that need to be returned. To assist, we will use the following designations: 48-hour Guarantee Eligible, Factory Sealed, New / Like New Condition: May be returned for a full refund (includes bid amount, buyer's premium and sales tax) if item is damaged, does not work or incomplete Missing Parts, Damaged, Appears Preowned, Sold as-is: No Refunds, Sold as-is All other lots (Open box, no specified damage, or lots without any of the designations above): May be returned for partial refund if item is damaged, does not work, or is incomplete All return requests must be made by completing our return request form within 48-hours of pickup. Items that are only missing hardware (bolts, screws, etc. that can be replaced by a trip to the hardware store or ordered) are excluded from refunds. Approval for return will be sent via email, and you will have five (5) business days to return the item to the warehouse. The $1.00 handling surcharge fee is not eligible for refund. Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as on offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
