Any military armory/equipment found in a locker must be turned in to Lock N Leave Storage, Ft Huachuca Please Note: Winning bidder will need a valid ID and a Ft Huachuca Military Base Pass to obtain access onto Ft Huachuca in order to remove items from the Lock N Leave storage facility. Passes can be obtained through the office located at the main gate. You are bidding on the entire contents of each unit up for auction. All units are sold "As Is, Where Is" without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the seller or auctioneer. By registering you represent and warrant that any and all buyer information is correct and agree to all conditions including, but not limited to: Sky Island Auctions LLC terms and conditions, payment terms, conditions and any additional conditions set forth, verbally or written at this auction. Sky Island Auctions LLC is Not Responsible for Accidents. Payment is due at auction end. Invoice totals for all Bidders will be charged to the credit card on-file at the conclusion of the auction. A 12% Buyers Premium will be added to All Items Purchased. Local Tax is collected and will be added to your final purchase based on auction location. All items in sold unit(s) are to be removed within 48 hours of auction end by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Once items in each unit have been removed, unit must be broom-swept so that it can be re-rented immediately. If you need more time to pick up your items, you may contact the Storage Unit representative to make further arrangements. Any unclaimed items will be forfeited with NO REFUNDS. In the event of non-payment by the winning bidder, Sky Island Auctions LLC in its sole discretion may offer the unit(s) to the next highest bidder. There are no guarantees or warranties on anything in the unit(s), so BUYER BEWARE, all sales are final, there are no refunds: everything is sold as is, where is. The condition of the property in each unit will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment or withdrawal of bid. All Sales Are Final. Your Bid is a binding contract. Again, all sales are final. Personal items (such as photographs, documents, financial paperwork, etc.) or any personally identifiable information or documents must be returned to the Storage Facility representative within 48 hours. Announcements made at the time of the auction supersede any printed announcements. The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of his or her principals. Buyers must register prior to bidding in an auction. All bidders must provide a company name (if applicable) or person, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and must have a registered valid credit card on file to be able to bid. Sky Island Auctions reserves the right to deny access or accept a bid from any bidder or potential bidder. Shipping is not available. The storage unit(s) are subject to adjournment.
