A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has read these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. At the scheduled closing date and time of a sale, lots will begin to close one lot at a time with 30 seconds between each lot closing. When an item receives a bid with less than three (3) minutes remaining until closing, the close time will be reset to three (3) minutes from the time that bid is placed and will continue to reset to three (3) minutes with each newly placed bid. The item will not close until three (3) minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. Bidder agrees to hold Lionsgate Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants. A 18% buyer's premium (3% BP discount [15% BP] for cash payment) will be added to the successful bids. Shipping fees will be charged separately from your invoice once the cost is determined. No items may be removed until payment is made in full. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added unless the buyer has provided a signed Sales Tax Resale Certificate or Exemption Certificate for this auction. Any items not paid for at the end of the pickup period will be considered abandoned. Abandoned lots will be assessed a $10 restocking fee. Lionsgate Auctions reserves the right to resell the items to a back-up bidder without notice or, in its sole and absolute discretion, resell or dispose of abandonded lots.
