If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or cashiers check within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Tuesday, November 14th from 1:00 - 3:00 PM CENTRAL TIME ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Grace Faw was a long time resident of Arapahoe, NE and passed away a few months ago. Grace lived a long life and her and her late husband collected many things over the years. Her family is preparing to sell her home and are offering the following items up for auction. There are several really nice pieces of antique furniture, kitchen & household items and so much more.
