In the event, that for any reason, the forum is deemed to be sufficiently inconvenient or the agreement on the forum selection is unenforceable it is still the intention of the parties that the Laws of the State of Tennessee govern the parties agreement and their rights attended thereto. 12. Vehicles purchased from Powell Auction are eligible for a 60 day temp tag to all non dealers. 13. The descriptions listed and pictures displayed in the online catalog for each vehicle are used for a guide and a tool for the buyer/bidder and ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE.
