By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Background checks will be required on firearms unless you have a concealed carry permit. Shipments to out of state firearm buyers will begin on the Thursday following the sale. In accordance with Federal Law every gun purchase must be approved via a background check. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of his or her ability to pass a federal NICS check. It is the responsibility of the interstate purchaser to be aware of the laws of their state regarding the legality of receiving any item, and for providing us with a receiving FFL Dealer in the bidder's locale. Due to Federal Regulations we unable to sell any firearm-related merchandise outside of the United States. Auction will close Wednesday, November 8 at 7:00pm with a soft close. Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Pay and pickup will be on Thursday, November 9 from 10am-3pm and Friday, November 10 from 10am-3pm. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS EXPLICIT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AUCITON COMPANY. We ask that you please bring loading assistance with you to pick up larger items. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3.5% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller.
