REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION: To participate in this auction, you must be verified through our registration and identification process. At the time of registration, we do collect information about you to verify your identity and payment confirmation prior to bidding. We do collect your credit card information to ensure you are a qualified buyer. All buyers must be of legal age to bid. There is NO charge to register for an auction. However, Auction Flex will charge your credit card up to $1 the first time you register, and it will be refunded. Your credit card will NOT be charged any further charges unless you have a winning bid(s) and do not pay within the pickup period. Details in payment section. A registration and bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made themselves acquainted with all conditions of this sale and has agreed to be bound by them. BIDDING: Online viewing Opens Wednesday September 4. Online Bidding begins Wednesday September 4. Soft Close Bidding will begin at 8pm on Wednesday September 18 and finishes when the last lot is sold. ***Soft Close*** Items close at regular intervals. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second prior to an auction closing to prevent others from bidding higher. Any bid made in the last 2 minutes of an auction will automatically extend the close time of that item by additional time. This will continue until all bidding has stopped. All times will be decided, in advance of the auction bidding, by the auctioneer. This is set to ensure all bidding parties have a fair chance to bid on any given item. Bidders acknowledge and understands that the online service may or may not function correctly. Under NO circumstances shall a bidder have any kind of claim against One More Bid Auctions. Please keep in mind that connection to the internet is not 100% perfect all the time. One More Bid Auctions will NOT be responsible for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur in the online bidding process. INVOICE: You will receive an unpaid invoice, by e-mail, after the sale closes or a paid receipt depending on how you let us know you're paying. REMOVAL: Thursday September 19 (11am to 5:30pm) or Monday September 23 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. All items must be removed from our facility at 40 Bell Farm Road Unit 5, Barrie Ontario. L4M 5L3 during the pick-up hours of 11am to 5:30pm on Thursday September 19 or Monday September 23 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, resulting in winning bid amounts, Buyers Premium, HST and a minimum of $5 per lot disposal fee (pallet lots are charged $150 disposal fee), and all taxes will be charged to the credit card you used to register for HiBid. If you foresee any issues for the day of pickup, please contact us immediately via a reply to the e-mail we sent with your invoice to find a quick solution. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from the premises. Reminder: Our staff does not assist in the removal or loading of items We will only move items to our reception door or loading dock. You must have your own labor and carts to load your vehicle. Please being any boxes or packaging materials that you may require to transport any loose, glass or breakable items. SHIPPING: If you require shipping, please reply immediately to the e-mail with your invoice. We offer parcel shipping at standard rates + handling fee. We will charge your credit card the full shipping charges. We DO NOT get quotes and only ship 1 time per week. Non-Delivery Responsibilities: One More Bid Auctions shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any buyer of any lot other than the sum paid on said lot, should the buyer be entitled to it. We suggest you pay for insurance and package tracking to insure and monitor your package. We will NOT include insurance or tracking unless you request it in advance. We will do our best to include all items in one shipment, if possible. We always aim to ship in the most economical and safe way.
