Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.

Ends October 31st at 6:30 p.m. CST. Pick up will be at the Auction House which is located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX on Nov 2nd from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00. Some items may be shipped and it will be up to the buyer to call Auction House the day after to arrange shipping.
If buyer fails to call or pick up the card on file will be charged and items forfeited.
