Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions for Auction These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). Upon pickup, we will ask you to present Goverment Issued Photo I.D. Please mention the invoice number upon pickup You will have 10 business days to pickup your order after your auction has ended, if you cannot pickup the order in that time frame than your order will be considered as abandoned. If you cannot pickup your order and want someone else to pickup on your behalf than an email must be sent with your consent with the complete name of the person picking it up Warranty: Items purchased have one week warranty from the time of pickup It covers missing parts, assembly hardware or damaged parts not identified in the description. We will do our best to present the best we can when posting an item, distressed packaging, or damaged packaging does not cover under warranty. Warranty covers misrepresentation of items listed as new but in fact it is used. We will do our best to accurately represent the condition of our items on auction; however, human error and mistakes can happen. Item listed may have a variance of 15% in quantity and/or value. Disputes within those parameters will not be accepted. We recommend you cehck and inspect the item or items at the time of pickup. Return: We stand behind our products and customer service. If for any reason, you do not want the item, you can simply return in its original condition and packaging within 10 business days after pickup. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all refunds.
