1. By registering to bid buyer is agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. You must register to bid. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
YOU MUST ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO BID.
2. Shipping available on small items only at bidder's expense.
3. All descriptions are to the best of our knowledge and may or may not be completely correct.
4. PLEASE TRACK YOUR BIDS. TEXT IF YOU DO NOT RCV AN INVOICE 919-996-9285.
5. 18% buyer's premium added to bid price.
6. 6.75% Sales tax will be added to purchase price. If you are tax exempt please submit completed resale permit IRS form # E-595E to John Pischke.
7. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds.
8. There are no previews scheduled for this auction. All previews will be by appointment only for this auction. Please call John at 919-906-0385 to set an appointment for viewing.
9. After auction, items must be picked up By Appointment Only Call Mary (984)-249-1265 We cannot transport items from one warehouse to another. We cannot be responsible for damage to items left at our warehouse after check out date.
10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. Items not picked up may be subject to storage, warehousing, and handling fees. Fee dependant on item, payable as cash.
11. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for John Pischke Auctioneer NCAL 9625.
12. Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625.
