**If you are outbid during the last 5 minutes of the auction you will be given an additional 5 minutes to make another bid. This process will continue until no bids have been made for 5 minutes.

6.) Buyer responsible for the closing costs, as well as their own title search.
7.) Seller to convey the property by Executor's Deed.
8.) Possession is with deed at closing.

10.) Payment & Pickup shall be on Saturday, December 2 from 9 AM - 1 PM at 364 Oakley Allons Rd., Allons, TN. Payment in Full at time of Pickup. Cash or Check Only. No Shipping.
11.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
