Payment Instructions: Accept forms of payment include ONLINE Payment, cash in person, certified check, money order, & wire transfer.
After 72 hours of being invoiced, if no other arrangements have been made, your card used at registration will be automatically billed.
We strongly urge bidders to read the complete TERMS & CONDITIONS. 10% ONLINE BIDDING FEE WILL APPLY WITH A $5.00 MINIMUM FEE & MAXIMUM OF $1,500.00 per ITEM. Invoices will be emailed to all winning online bidders within 48 hours of completion of the auction. Payments are due within 5 business days. Accepted forms of payment include: Cash in person, certified check, money order, & wire transfer. Check payments must be OVER-NIGHTED OR PRIORITY MAILED to 72435 STATE ROAD 15 NEW PARIS, IN 46553. Contact auction company with postal tracking once payment has been sent. If paying with Canadian check a $25.00 processing fee will be added to invoice. Any check returned for insufficient funds shall incur a service fee of $50.00, as well as, result in the breach of terms. If Buyer pays via wire transfer, an additional $25.00 fee for domestic wires & $50.00 for international transfers will be assessed. For items requiring a Certificate of Title, A $25.00 fee will be added to invoice total for all titled equipment. A Certificate of Title will be mailed after 10 business days upon clearing of full payment. Removal of the purchase will not occur until the funds are confirmed, verified paid or Auctioneer's approval in writing. All costs, responsibility and risk of removal shall be borne by Buyer. Polk Auction provides loading free of charge but extra labor charges may be assessed if additional tear-down of equipment is requested from the Buyer.
Items must be picked up within 30 calendar days. *(see Terms for specifics) Polk Auction Company reserves the right to re-tag/consign any items into their next auction for purchases not retrieved within designated pick-up dates.
ALL TRANSPORT CARRIERS MUST HAVE COPY OF PAID INVOICE OR PAYMENT FOR ITEM TO BE RELEASED FOR LOADING.
